Accounting Services
Outsourced Accounting / Bookkeeping
Our fee for this service starts at S$290 per month (if billed monthly) and depends on the volume and complexity of your monthly transactions. We suggest annual billing for more cost savings. Below is a rough estimates for less than 30 business transactions per month and excludes subscription of cloud accounting software.

Compilations and/or XBRL Conversion of Financial Statements
We assist to prepare the year-end financial statements once your accounts are ready. Our fee for compilation of financial statements starts from S$350 per annum.
For XBRL conversion of financial statements, the fee starts from S$390 per job.
Setup Accounting System
We can assist to setup your accounting system and provide recommendation or consultation of the accounting software available in the market for you to choose from. If you do not have any accounting system, we can setup using Microsoft Excel. Our fee for this service starts at S$450 (one-time fee).
Monthly Payroll
We provide monthly payroll service for your company and charge a monthly fee of S$50 per staff. We will be happy to discuss and provide you with a quotation as the price package varies depending on the total staff strength.
Tax Services
Individual & Partnership Tax Services
Personal income tax return must be submitted by 15 April (for e-File it would be 18 April) each year. We can assist you with personal income tax submission starting from S$500 per year.
Partnership is required to file Form P if it has received the paper Form P or invitation to e-File, even if it has not commenced business in the year. Our fee for this service start from S$500 per year.
Corporate Tax Services and/or GST Return Submission
We assist the filing of income tax return with tax computation (estimated chargeable income (ECI), Income tax return preparation and filing with IRAS) and filing of ECI within 3 months of the financial year end of the company. The fee starts from S$380 per year.
Submission of GST Return
We assist with the submissions of GST returns via e-Filing. GST returns must be submitted within one month from the end of each accounting period. Our fee for this service is S$150 per job.

Secretarial Services
We provide secretarial services at a reasonable fee. If you are currently engaging with another Company Secretary, we will handle all transition necessary between us and your existing secretary for free.

- Comprehensive service - from S$600 (extra features: unlimited standard resolutions and lodgement)
- Premium service - from S$980 (extra features: unlimited standard resolutions and lodgement, unaudited financial statement compilation and tax filing (ECI & Form C-S))
Incorporation Services
We provide incorporation services for exempt private company with up to 3 shareholders/directors at a starting fee of S$600 which includes company constitution, S$375 ACRA fee. Contact us for a quotation now.
